Terms of Service

The Platform is provided to support organizational assessment, analysis, and risk intelligence activities. It is designed to generate system-level insights regarding behavioral and cultural risk conditions within organizations.

The Platform is not designed for individual monitoring, enforcement, disciplinary action, or performance evaluation.

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable law, in accordance with these Terms, and consistent with your organization’s internal policies. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization
• Use Platform outputs in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or represented limitations

Calvyan reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.

Access to the Platform may require authorized credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring access is limited to authorized users

Calvyan collects limited authentication metadata necessary to maintain platform integrity and security.

All software, methodologies, frameworks, analytics models, and content underlying the Platform are the exclusive property of Calvyan. All methodologies, analytical frameworks, indexing models, assessment structures, and related intellectual property underlying the Platform are proprietary to Calvyan.

No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Platform outputs are provided to support internal organizational review and decision-making. Calvyan makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes, performance improvements, or risk reduction.

Outputs reflect system-level analysis and must be interpreted within the organization’s broader operational context. All decisions and actions taken based on Platform outputs remain the sole responsibility of the organization.

Platform outputs are intended to support professional judgment and organizational decision-making. Outputs should not be interpreted as predictions, guarantees, certifications, legal opinions, or determinations of individual conduct.

Organizations remain responsible for evaluating outputs within their broader operational, legal, and governance context.

The Platform analyzes organizational signals in aggregate. Individual-level assessment responses are not visible to organizations or administrators. The Platform does not provide individual surveillance functionality. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Calvyan may modify, suspend, or update the Platform to maintain quality, security, or functionality. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected through updates to this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Calvyan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the organization for access to the Platform during the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calvyan is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
